Speaker Bio:
Kim is a member of Critchfield, Critchfield and Johnston, Ltd. and is located at the firm’s
Wooster office. She is the chair of the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group and is
certified as a specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association in Labor and Employment
Law. Kim has been with Critchfield since 2013. She focuses her practice on counseling
employers in employment law matters and regularly assists employers in complying with
the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with
Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, among other laws. Kim
represents employers in state and federal court, before the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and the National Labor
Relations Board. She also represents employers in OSHA and workers’ compensation
matters.
