Mentorship is one of the most powerful—yet often overlooked—tools for professional growth. Research shows that while 84% of Fortune 500 companies offer mentoring programs, only 37% of professionals currently have a mentor. Yet nearly all who do—97%—report that the experience is highly valuable to both their personal and professional development.
In this Educational Series, we will unpack the dynamics of mentor–mentee relationships, highlight the distinctions between coaching and mentoring, and explore the essential qualities that make these partnerships successful. Participants will also learn best practices for building trust, asking powerful questions, and creating meaningful impact through mentorship.
Whether you’re seeking guidance from a mentor or ready to invest in others, you’ll leave equipped with practical tools and actionable steps to strengthen your leadership journey.
Coffee & refreshments will be provided.
