About the Speaker:
Mark Dorman has a reputation for excellence in business succession and exit planning, and business value maximization.
Founder of Succession+ USA, LLC, (www.succession.plus/us)  Mark has helped hundreds of small and middle market businesses with succession and transition planning, in preparation for the largest financial transaction they will ever make – the transition or exit from their business.

Founding his first business in 1999, (Dorman Farrell, LLC) - which he led to become a 2 time winner of CWRU’s “Weatherhead 100 Winner” and into one of the most respected consulting firms in Ohio. Mark successfully exited Dorman Farrell in 2011. With more than 30 years of experience, he is an industry thought leader, a popular speaker, author of numerous e-books, and host of the Finish Big Podcast: How Great Entrepreneurs Exit Their Companies on Top. He is the Founder of Legacy Advisors Network (LAN), a member of the Forbes Business Council, and is passionate about connecting people and mentoring young professionals.
His professional designations include Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) through the Exit Planning Institute.         
Mark serves as a board member with Medina County Port Authority and is a Past President of the Medina County Economic Development Corporation. He lives in Medina, Ohio with his wife Tanya and has 4 adult children.
