WASC April 2024 - EPA Regulations, Common Violations, and How to Prevent Them
Many small businesses and communities are subject to environmental regulations. Ohio EPA
regulates sources of air pollution, waste handling, wastewater, storm water discharges, and more. On Wednesday, April 24, Miranda Garritano, Environmental Specialist 2, and Ynes Arocho, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency will discuss EPA Regulations, Common Violations, and How to Prevent Them. This presentation will provide an overview of the environmental regulations affecting both large and small businesses, common compliance violations and tips to prevent them. You will also hear more about Ohio EPA’s free and confidential compliance assistance services that can help you better understand and manage these regulations.
