WASC February 2024 - De-escalation in the Workplace
De-escalation techniques are important to prevent and resolve conflict in a constructive and peaceful way. Through de-escalation, you can reduce the risk of physical or verbal violence and harm, protect yourself and others from stress, and enhance your communication and problem-solving skills. These techniques also promote a positive and respectful environment.
