The Wooster Area Safety Council will kick off the first meeting of 2019 on Wednesday, January 23rd at the First Presbyterian Church. The group will hear from attorney, Kimberly Hall of Critchfield, Critchfield, & Johnston. Kimberly will discuss Sexual Harassment and how it affects the workplace.
Kimberly Hall is an associate with local law firm Critchfield, Critchfield, & Johnston. She earned her Bachelors in Psycholofy from The College of Wooster. She then went on to earn her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Kim focuses her practice on counseling employers in employment law matters and regularly assists employers in complying with the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and its amendments, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. She has represented clients in state and federal court, before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. Kim also represents clients in OSHA and workers’ compensation matters.
