Slips, trips and falls account for over $11 billion a year in workplace injuries. Employers also have to account for the days missed by employees as a result of treating the injury, costing millions in lost productivity and higher insurance costs. Most of these incidents can be prevented by understanding what causes them in the first place and training employees on proper set-up and safe use of equipment on the job site.
