The Five Essentials for Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being
On Wednesday, October 22, Rhiannan Whalen-Harris of OneEighty, will be speaking about the Five Essentials for Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being.
Topics will include:
- Apply the Surgeon General’s Five Essentials to foster a healthier, more inclusive, and sustainable workplace culture.
- Recognize, assess, and apply practical practices to reduce burnout using validated tools and self-reflection to better understand its impact on personal and workplace well-being.
Rhiannon Whalen-Harris works as the Director of Community, Prevention, & Victim Services with OneEighty. Rhiannon holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Kent State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Education as well as a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from Cleveland State University. She is certified in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness and Meditation Facilitation, Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid, Behavioral Observation, Psychological Autopsy Investigation, and
Sexual Assault Advocacy. Rhiannon has been with OneEighty since March 2012.
This meeting will take place at the First Presbyterian Church in Wooster from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $20 for Chamber members and $25 for non-members.
