About Us

Founded in 2013 by Alan Schroer and Josh Crall, two local guys who love spending their summer evenings barbequing their favorite meats, After Hours Barbeque is a favorite at rib fests all over the state of Ohio. In their first year, After Hours Barbeque won both Judge’s and People’s Choice Awards at Orrville’s Rib Fest, inspiring them to take their barbeque on the road. Their award-winning barbeque can be enjoyed at various rib fests throughout the state, with their summer tour culminating at our very own Woosterfest. They also provide catering services featuring a variety of deliciously smoked meats and finger-licking sides, including cowboy beans, roasted garlic golden potatoes, and baked corn soufflé.
