Agriculture Future of America builds bridges for young leaders to foster engagement and innovation in food and agriculture. AFA is nationally recognized for its excellence in leader training and career development for college students and young professionals in the agriculture and food industry. Since 1997 and with the generous support of the Kemper family, AFA has invested over $12 million in academic and leader development scholarships and offered over 27,000 leader experiences to college students and young professionals in the industry. AFA students cover the entire spectrum of agriculture representing 150 different majors or degree programs, spread across 213 colleges and universities spanning 43 different states.
