About Us

Flex Yoga Wooster is a Power Vinyasa Studio and Yoga School offering Yoga, Fitness, and Aerial with in-studio classes in Wooster, Ohio, and Virtual Classes available from anywhere.

We have highly qualified, trained instructors to help guide you through your practice at every level. We offer a wide variety of classes to suit your needs and you can find many dynamic workshops and trainings on our schedule as well.

We are located at 151 South Market Street, on the second floor. Our main studio room is filled with natural light and plenty of space. Entrance is on the side of the building adjacent to the Apple Creek Bank parking lot.

Flex Yoga Wooster Wellness sessions are available by appointment. We have Reiki, Thai and Swedish Massage, and Sound Healing.

Private lessons and private group classes are also available.
