About Us

MAGNET is a nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating manufacturing growth in Northeast Ohio. As part of the Ohio Manufacturing Extension Partnership, we roll up our sleeves and provide hands-on consulting to small and mid-sized manufacturers, helping them enhance operations, adopt advanced technologies, and develop new products. MAGNET supports startups in transforming innovative ideas into market-ready solutions through prototyping, process development, and go-to-market strategies.
Recognizing the importance of workforce development, MAGNET also offers several programs across the talent spectrum. These include training incumbent workers, supporting supervisors, and helping CEOs set and exceed growth goals.
