About Us

College Hills Retirement Village is an independent living community for elderly and disabled individuals. The requirements are 62 or older, or 18 years of age and disabled. We offer affordable housing to low income individuals. Amenities/Services: 5 different size units to choose from, two onsite laundry rooms, activities, lawn/apartment maintenance and we are a stop on the Wooster Transit Route!
