Oma Gourd serves handcrafted tacos that feature an ancient cooking method called nixtamalization. We take field corn and turn it into fresh, hand-pressed tortillas that are cooked to order. We feature a menu that aims to create an environment where people of all different lifestyles can sit together and enjoy a meal at the same table. This means you can always expect a vegan/vegetarian option, gluten-free, etc, always. Instead of treating vegan/vegetarian entrees as an afterthought, we put a lot of energy and pride into coming up with unique and special options for all members of our community. Local economy is important to us, this is why we try to source as much of our produce as we can from local farms. We make fresh and original salsas, guacamoles, and sauces. Everything on our menu is 100% handmade 100% of the time.
