About Us

Romich Foundation is a 501c3 private foundation. Areas of interest can be found on the website. In addition to traditional direct philanthropy, Romich Foundation operates a makerspace. Most beneficiaries are other Wayne County area nonprofit organizations. It is also open to the public by appointment for private and/or entrepreneurial activity. Two programs are the 3D Printer Lending Library and the makerspace initiative. The first makes 3D printers available to other nonprofits for lending to those they serve. The makerspace initiative is a pilot project that seeds the development of makerspaces in other nonprofit organizations.
