Victor Simonyi and Maria Rocio Sanchez, husband and wife, are owners of Sunflower Sky, LLC. We are the new owners of Hal Franks Plaza, an 11-unit shopping center at 2627 Cleveland Rd. The building was purchased in February 2021 from the original owner's family. Their goal is to revitalize the building and neighborhood. Currently their tenants include the Republican Party Headquarters, Wooster Express(taxi service), Beast to Beauty(dog grooming), Just Teasin' Hair Solon, Agate Electrolysis, North End Tattoo and Cosby Heating & Cooling. There are several units still available that are ideal for national tenants. As a side note, Victor Simonyi was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, graduated from Case Western Reserve University in engineering, moved to California, and is now ready to invest in and help boost Ohio economic development.
