VANTAGE Aging promotes a positive perspective on aging with a vision that every older adult has the opportunity to live a healthy life and age with independence, purpose, and dignity.

In Wayne County, our programs include Meals On Wheels of Northeast Ohio. Meals On Wheels NEO provides nutritious, home-delivered meals and wellness checks to seniors living at home. Options for special diets are available. Our caring and friendly volunteers deliver meals daily, Monday through Friday, to ensure that no senior is left hungry or alone.

The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program provides the largest volunteer network for people 55 and older. We match your interests and availability to one of our partnering organizations. Create meaningful experiences, meet new friends, and make a difference in your community.

The Senior Community Service Employment Program provides paid, hands-on training to adults 55 and older who want to re-enter the workforce. We will create an individual training plan to help you reach your career goals.
