About Us
The Wayne County Committee for Crippled Children and Adults, Inc, is an all volunteer committee formed in 1949 to help meet the needs of low-income handicapped individuals of Wayne County. Over the years the committee has stayed focused in its mission to provide medical equipment such as wheelchairs, canes & braces while expanding its scope to provide necessary medication and other means of support. In many cases, the WCCCCA is a last resort for financial assistance for a needy individual.
